TOKYO is a cool, saturated hot pink pigment created for expressive, high-impact lip blush results. On warmer skin tones, the color heals more vivid and bold, creating a striking statement effect.

For application, TOKYO can be used pure on warm skin tones to achieve maximum brightness and intensity. On cool or neutral-cool skin, it is recommended to mix with warmer or neutral pigments to maintain harmony and avoid excessive coolness. Suitable for a wide range of lip techniques, from soft lip blush to more saturated lipstick effects, depending on saturation and layering.

Recommended Mixes:
• Tokyo + Toffee – creates a balanced, neutral pink result.
• Tokyo + Granate – produces a deeper, juicy pink-red tone.
• Tokyo + Apricot – softens into a warmer, more delicate pink.
Adjust ratios depending on the desired warmth and intensity.
